    Reach for Change Baltics is a non-profit organisation with a mission to empower social entrepreneurs with the resources they need to build, grow and create lasting change.

    Our programmes revolve primarily around the capacity development of local social entrepreneurs to ensure they have the right tools, knowledge and networks needed to increase their organisation’s impact.

    Social Business Academy participants go to Tallinn for Leadership Camp

    In March, the third and final cohort of Social Business Academy participants from Latvia and Finland gathered in Tallinn for the Leadership camp to get inspired, connect and improve their leadership skills.

    Youth tackling social challenges through business solutions

    The third and final cohort of Social Business Academy participants began their journey exploring social entrepreneurship. The first step of the program was a two-day in-person Bootcamp for the participants to meet each other and form groups. They began to work on their business ideas that would provide new solutions to various environmental and social challenges.

    30 Baltic Sea Impact Network members from 6 countries meet in Tallinn

    In October 2024, we welcomed 30 Baltic Sea Impact Network members from six countries to Tallinn for our Community Event! As a bonus, we invited the members to join the largest sustainability festival in the Baltics - Impact Day. Members traveled from as far as Kyiv, Ukraine to finally get to know each other face-to-face.

    Impact Baltic: Building a new impact fund for social enterprises

    Impact Baltic is aimed at laying the foundations for a new impact fund, specifically targeted at and enabling increased access to tailored finance for social enterprises across the three Baltic states. The project also seeks to foster increased demand for such financial instruments through the piloting of a new upskilling programme to increase SEs' investment readiness.

    Social Business Academy: Creating opportunities for young people in Finland and Latvia

    The project is one of the first of its kind to focus on social entrepreneurship as a means of empowering young people. The aim of the project is to prepare and pilot a unique cross-border training program for disadvantaged youth that will inspire and support them to become social entrepreneurs. The target group of the project is disadvantaged young people under the age of 25 in Finland and Latvia, including NEETs, migrants, refugees, young people from rural areas and suburbs.

    Baltic Sea Impact Network

    The Baltic Sea Impact Network is a new unique transnational network for peer learning between 50 social entrepreneurs from Sweden, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Ukraine. The aim is to help the network's members learn new skills, connect with like-minded peers from neighbouring countries and increase the access of social entrepreneurs to relevant stakeholders.

    Integrated Baltic Ecosystem for Social Innovation (IBESI)

    The IBESI project, spanning from 2023 to 2025, aims to strengthen the social economy of the Baltic States by integrating social innovation actors with existing entrepreneurship ecosystems and providing social entrepreneurs in the Baltic States the skills needed for integrating successful, socially accountable business practices. The project is funded by the European Union and is coordinated by the consortium consisting of the Baltic Innovation Agency, Reach for Change, Katalista Ventures, and Social Enterprise Estonia.
