Reach for Change is a global non-profit empowering social entrepreneurs with the training, network, and funding they need to scale their impact.
How?
We work hands-on, providing the tools, knowledge, and connections that help social entrepreneurs build sustainable ventures. By focusing on critical societal challenges like inequality, poverty, and climate change, we drive change for the most vulnerable groups across the globe. And alongside our partners, we push for policies and structures that allow innovative solutions to see the light of day.

In the Baltic countries, Reach for Change has been operating since 2014. Since then, we have empowered over 140 Baltic social entrepreneurs through our tried-and-tested support programmes. We are committed to expanding our programmes in the Baltic region, especially at the cross-border and transnational level.
